Reflecting the natural beauty that surrounds this unique home, the design makes use of locally sourced materials, including brick, wood, stone, ceramics and textiles like linen, raw silk, and hessian. Light and shade are carefully managed to enhance the aesthetics and functionality of the space. Sustainability is a key focus, with careful consideration given to every aspect.

The project is underpinned by four central principles: the creation of a building with a strong gravitational pull, a delicate balance between nature and culture, the efficient use of solar energy and a connection to local Yantras and Vastu principles. These principles come together to form a subtle and sculptural series of spaces that will endure for generations.
