This exceptional 200-year-old property features a beautiful white stucco façade and original architectural detailing throughout the interior. Honouring the home’s rich heritage while providing a lively space for its fun loving family saw us layer unexpected textures and interesting pops of colour against dark chevron timber flooring and warm, muted wall tones, showcasing the client’s art collection. Bespoke furniture and beautiful Venetian glass chandeliers and floor lamps add to the stately feel of the period architectural details.
The reception room is primarily for entertaining, therefore plenty of seating was incorporated into the design. A particularly eye-catching piece is a double-sided red velvet bench, sourced from Curio, which acts as a subtle barrier between the bar section and the sofa arrangement.
